This sterling silver (stamped) ring features two oval turquoise cabochons set in sawtooth bezels. The shank band is open in the center, allowing the ring to adjust a few sizes, between 4-7. 
I estimate that this piece was altered at some point, perhaps originally being 2 rings or a pair of earrings and then being re-made into this adjustable ring. The band is stamped "sterling" and the turquoise settings match those that came out of Bell Trading Post.
